刘畅，天津人，中共党员。毕业于韩国忠北大学（Chungbuk National University）,管理信息系统专业（Management  Information Systems） ，管理学博士。主要研究方向为知识管理(Knowledge Management)，服务科学(Service  Science)，社交网络服务(Social Network Service)等。 代表性研究成果，“A study on Influencing  Factors of Knowledge Creation focus on Transactive Memory”  2014年5月获得韩国产学技术学会（A级）优秀论文奖，”The Effects of Government Policy and Characteristics  of Micro-enterprise on Business Strategy and  Performance”,2014年11月获得韩国产学技术学会（A级）最优秀论文奖，Analysis of Competition between SSM  and Small-Medium Retailers’ on System Dynamics,2015年1月获得泰国曼谷第二届数码政策与管理国际会议优秀论文奖,  近年来，多次参加韩国学术会议，并发表论文。
